Due to the nature’s of the products being sold all sales are final.

Body Butter transit in warm seasons may be at risk for melting. However the use and benefits of the products will remain still effective please keep this in mind when placing your order. In the event there is an error made on behalf of Torch & Blaze  such as wrong item, we will do our best to rectify the issue.

The shipping process time is same business day if ordered before 1pm. However it can take up to 3-5 business days unless stated otherwise on product page. Our courier is USPS. Once your package has been received by USPS, Torch & Blaze is not responsible for any delayed, damaged, stolen or lost packages. In the event that one of these situations occur please reach out to USPS with your tracking number to resolve the issue.
